Phallic statuary

Presumably intentional, and I'm guessing from the 1940s or so.  But where?

A hat tip to A. Fischer for suggesting this is one of the statues in Washington Park, Chicago. I'm sure that is correct, and that the phallic nature of the statue is unintentional (unless the sculptor had a wry sense of humor...).
